All programs start with an interview with one of our Early Careers Specialist - in here you will get clarity about the process and we will have the chance to meet you!
After this, each position can have a different selection process - make sure you get full clarity during your first call so you can be fully prepared.
Final Decision & Offer
Once we have the final decision, we will contact you to officially present the offer details, align expectations and agree on next steps.
