Omnichannel & Customer Experience Lead, Dermatology

Based in Europe



To strengthen our EU Strategic Operations Team, based in anywhere in Europe, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Omnichannel & Customer Experience Lead, Dermatology

As the Omnichannel & Customer Experience Lead, Dermatology you will be accountable for the creation, development and deployment of content using the right channels in line with global strategy and EU priorities.


You like to work in an environment where you can: 
•    Build and lead the development and execution of European HCP digital and omnichannel marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns that drive dermatology 
•    Directly influences omnichannel and customer experience strategies for EU Dermatology
•    Conceive and deliver omnichannel programs and tactics anchored in patient & stakeholder understanding, developed within marketing principles and with effective metrics for European brand creation and launch


You will contribute by: 
•    Participating in the implementation of integrated cross-functional business plans including strategic value proposition that links to immunology strategic imperatives Development of tailored engagement plans with EU and HCPs and dermatologists.  
•    Developing monitoring and measurement of key initiatives with KPIs for execution
•    Working closely with other functional areas including internal support groups, such as Legal, global digital, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs, as well as external agencies and suppliers in development and support of marketing HCP initiatives
•    Working effectively and compliantly per UCB compliance policies – as well as within the regulations and policies established by various regulatory bodies.
•    Applying creativity, innovation & out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex business / marketplace issues
•    Being accountable for the development and successful management of an annual brand budget; collaborate with functional leadership to ensure financial objectives are met and resources reassigned if required


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills: 
•    Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree (MBA) strongly preferred
•    Previous experience in global digital marketing desired
•    Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology and/or med device marketing experience
•    Fluent English level
•    Proven abilities to influence without authority
•    Knowledge and application of PMO and leadership principles such as data analysis, goal setting, action plans, monitoring tools to develop and implement business plans.
•    Experience in digital
•    Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate effectively in a complex, matrixed commercial environment in partnership with other internal/external commercial stakeholders (sales, managed markets, market research, regulatory, medical affairs, global department, etc.)
•    Experience executing strategic brand management initiatives within healthcare; is desired
•    Experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing/strategy, and development of executable go-to market plans generated from leveraging key customer insights.  Experience with qualitative and quantitative market research.
•    Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and organizational skills to be productive in an environment of competing priorities—ability to multitask with multiple stakeholders while effectively prioritizing. 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Demonstrated success in project, vendor, and budget management
•    Willingness/ability to travel globally including up to 60% at certain periods
•    Display excellent business judgement that strongly connect to UCB's core values and beliefs
