<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To strengthen our <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">European Digitial Business Transformation<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> team, based in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Digital Business Transformation Lighthouse Lead Neurology Europe.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The vision of UCB’s European DBT (Digital Business Transformation) Go to market program is to become a data-driven organization, efficiently working in an agile way to build personalized stakeholder and patient experiences, maximizing (new) digital capabilities to accelerate business impact. 

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The DBT lighthouse roll out lead focusing on our European therapeutic areas will be responsible to capture the learnings from the German lighthouse initiative supported by our partners. You will be in charge of supporting other areas as well, orchestrating and guiding the roll out of all new capabilities & processes, technology, AI insights approaches, data management and change management 

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">You will<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> contribute <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">by: 

 

  • Master all aspects from business objectives till technical considerations within the (German) lighthouse project 
  • Build good partnerships with all stakeholders involved in the DBT program from IT, I2I, L&D, consultants and business partners 
  • Contribute in the first phase actively in the German lighthouse program projects considering the need to leverage the ideas and learnings 
  • Define the roll out approach based on the local market maturities, potential ROI and other relevant factors.  
  • Closely track the progress versus the business case defined.  
  • Share your strategy and updates to the program core team and sponsors on regular basis.  
  • Consult with the area experts and have good project management approach to orchestrate the implementation pulling in the expert support at local level.  
  • Actively use and update the playbooks defined supporting the areas 
  • Work closely with the communication manager to drive the digital business transformation across our therapeutic areas throughout Europe 
  • Contribute to build a transversal program, aligning and exchanging information and learnings between our therapeutic areas. 

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Interested? For this position you’ll need the following <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">education, experience <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">and <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">skills<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">:

 

  • Experience in Customer Experience / omnichannel projects from a business and/or operational side. 
  • Extensive Pharma experience required preferably at local and regional level. 
  • Change management experience, preferably of a regional program. 
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Understanding of the existing Go to market model
