To strengthen our i2i Finance team, based in our Braine offices, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Plant FP&A.


As a Plant FP&A you will serve business partners within Local Manufacturing Operations being the single point of contact of the Plant organization unit. You will also ensure and maintain a strong relationship with the team and provide specific expertise in transversal financial areas.

You will contribute for all internal costs (Opex), project related expenses and Standard Cost of Goods for related Plant ;  ensure they are complete, accurate, and reported on a timely basis to relevant stakeholder.

You will contribute by:


  • Explaining the differences, trends and searches for insights;
  • Working with business partners in evaluating and interpreting financial data (business reviews);
  • Performing monthly results, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis according to expectations;
  • Acting as back-up for finance business partners;
  • Using innovative analytical opportunities (AI, Advanced Analytics) to generate insights and better support the decision-making process;
  • Focusing on Value creation for assets in the InfleXio Operations portfolio;
  • Contributing as Finance representative to SAP implementation for InfleXio;
  • Createing & controlling monthly business performance analytical reports as well as the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning packages;
  • RRA/RF/Budget/10YP exercices;
  • Coordinating the forecast exercises with the KPs after alignment with I2I Head and business partners;
  • Uploading the data for exercises done centrally;
  • Performing adjustments;
  • Performing reconciliations if needed;
  • Checking Forecast phasing;
  • Contributing to “Go Live” program & continuous improvement projects;
  • Engaging continuously in integration to Business model and related Governance;
  • Striving for competency self-development;
  • Acting with autonomy, lead and drive solutions.



Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:


  • 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Finance preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • In a fast paced, changing environment, you are curious, mentally agile and can champion change thanks to your can-do attitude;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to interact with senior management;
  • Ability to identify new performance metrics;
  • Ability to explain differences and recommend solutions;
  • Ability to prioritize;
  • Knowledge of accounting and closing procedures;
  • SAP Fico, SAP MM, BI Cognos and budget tools advanced knowledge;
  • Excel & Powerpoint;
  • Previous exposure to AI and Advanced Analytics solutions.
