The Gene Therapy and Neurodegeneration Commercial Lead will lead commercialization capability and ‘go to market’ capability assessment, strategy and implementation specifically focused on Gene Therapy and Neurodegeneration. This will include landscape analysis, portfolio strategy development, asset input and leadership and business development support and input, including Due Diligence activities.

 

This position can be based in either US or Europe.

 

You will contribute by: 
•    Leading the strategic plan for Gene Therapy commercialization in neurology including current and future landscape analyses; 
•    Working collaboratively cross-functional/organization to develop and implement broad Gene Therapy commercialization and go to market strategy and asset level plans;  
•    Defining implementation plans for go to market for future Gene Therapy and Neurodegeneration assets;
•    Defining ‘go to market’ and commercial capabilities needed for Gene Therapy and Neurodegeneration;
•    Conducting gene therapy and neurodegeneration due diligences;
•    Working cross-functionally with the Early Solutions, Development Solutions, business development and manufacturing teams globally, defining development capability needs for future Gene Therapy portfolio and assets;
•    Providing overall direction and accountability for commercial/go to market deliverables for the team

 

Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following education, experience and skills

 

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Master’s Degree required
•    3+ years knowledge and deep understanding of Gene Therapy technologies required
•    Ability to travel 30% of the time, domestic and international

 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Ph.D. preferred
