To strengthen Global Immunology Insights team, based in our offices in Belgium, (Brussels area), we are looking to fill the position of: Associate Director, Global Immunology Insights.

 

As a Global Immunology Insights Associate Director, you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Design, Lead and Deliver insights initiatives on global level in the areas of Immunology,
  • Gather and translate feedback from internal and external stakeholders,
  • Deliver on-time and on budget projects.

 

You will contribute by:

  • Providing holistic insight-driven consultation to all levels of global internal stakeholders.
  • Developing business intelligence, meta analyses and integrated insights via portfolio-level and key brand primary marketing research in partnership with other members of insights team, mission stakeholders and transversal cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborates on additional value add projects within the strategic marketing practice
  • Contribute to development of frameworks and capabilities that can be utilized throughout the global organization to improve our understanding of customers and will drive us toward more optimal patient solutions.
  • Leading the delivery of objective, independent, and value driven insights gained from marketing research.
  • Effectively managing internal and external resources to provide management with design advice, end-to-end program management, and distillation of actionable insight across Customers (patients/ prescribers/ decision makers/ caregivers), Market contexts and Competitive environments.
  • Executing primary and secondary research to clarify issues and reduce risk in decision making for marketed and molecules in development.

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field) required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of global Market Research, Customer Insights, or related experience in pharmaceuticals or consumer products – preferably a combination of client and agency side.  Additional experience in innovation, marketing, new product development, and communications is a plus.
  • Proven ability to expertly manage end-to-end market research process encompassing: world-class research design (Qual & Quant); active management of approval workflows, external providers and 3rd parties; distillation of insights into internal deliverables; seeking to close-the-loop on resulting impact and initiatives for relentless improvement.
  • Expert understanding of market research study design and analysis techniques. Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate vague information needs into specific questions relating to expected use of results.
  • Strong verbal and written reporting and synthesis capabilities in English, including strong presentation skills
  • Full knowledge of GDPR implications upon market research data collection, transmission, analysis and storage, applied in the context of a global pharmaceutical business.
  • Strong project management skills, tenacity and inspiring mindset
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and to partner with stakeholders at all level and from multiple countries and geographic regions
