To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium or Atlanta, GA, USA, we are looking to fill the position of: Global Head of Learning Experience.

As a UCB 'innolytic' person and Global Head of Learning Experience you like to work in an environment where you can:

As a UCB 'innolytic' person and Global Head of Learning Experience you will contribute by:

• Setting the way forward for standardized yet adaptable learning experiences at UCB – curriculum, methodology, modality and content framework - to bring UCBs people capabilities into the future and impact strategic goals

• Acting as a subject matter expert who ensures the quality and consistency of learning across UCB using novel methods within the context of a rapidly changing business environment

• Identifying relevant and leading-edge learning technologies (e.g. digital, virtual, etc…) based on existing and future system requirements that allow for data-led insights and solution iterations for optimal learner experiences

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Learning & Development - pharmaceutical industry preferred but not essential

• Masters in Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field

• Proven ability to handle strategic, high level projects in a matrix organization

• You are fluent in English
