To strengthen our European Market Research & Insights team, based in our offices in Brussels, (Belgium), we are looking to fill the position of: Market Research & Insights Manager EU - Bone.

As a Market Research & Insights Manager you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Take leadership and ownership on building Pan-European market research plans together with the European marketing teams


You will contribute by:

  • Planning & leading all EU Pan-European market research for bone Patient Value Unit. You will put together plans that help answer key hypotheses on priority business issues and opportunities and that supports decision making.
  • Spear-heading new & emerging research methodologies, as well as championing best practice in established methodologies.
  • Demonstrating flair for not just presenting findings but connecting understanding to drive clear thinking and actions. This includes the ability to synthesize multiple data sources and make critical connections to get to the ‘WHY” behind the “What”


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following educationexperience and skills:


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Successful track record (min 7 years) in previous Marketing Research or Business Intelligence roles on agency side and/or within pharma industry is required. Experience within the bone therapeutic area is a plus.
  • Experience working on Pan-European projects involving multiple internal & external stakeholders with solid know-how on a broad range of primary and secondary research methods (qualitative, quantitative, etc…).
  • Strong inter-cultural, interpersonal & excellent communication skills
