To strengthen our Operational Excellence team in Europe, we are looking for a Medical Operational Excellence Lead.

As a Medical Operational Excellence Lead, you like to work in an environment where you will: 

  • Interact and cooperate with a large variety of medical stakeholders at various management levels across Europe.
  • Look for constant system/process optimization in cooperation with European/Global support functions
  • Work mainly on European projects
  • Assess the implementation of our medical strategy in cooperation with management  
  • Work in a dynamic team

As a Medical Operational Excellence Lead, you will contribute by: 

  1. Being the owner of our customer relationship management system (ORBIT) capabilities related to the medical community
    • Business requirements & System design to support our field and office based medical colleagues.  
  2. Acting as the Operational Excellence single point of contact for medical colleagues across Europe
  3. Being part of the launch team for our new product in Osteoporosis
  4. Playing an important role in the capability development of our MSL’s.  
    • KOL management
    • CRM support for managing stakeholder
  5. Leading and co-creating Medical Projects
    • KOL Strategy & Networks
    • Reporting & Analytical initiatives
    • Medical process improvements & efficiencies

Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following education, experience and skills

  • Medical Affairs experience required; MSL experience being a plus
  • Analytical capabilities and eye for detail
  • Demonstrated project management skills (planning, negotiation, time management, monitoring)
  • Interest in technology and related applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network with various management levels
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including advanced English language capabilities
  • Team player
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
