Strategic Platform Communications Lead   

 Your Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for leading, developing and executing  the strategic communication strategy for Rozanolixizumab internally and externally.
  • Act as the central point within the Rozimab mission for all communications topics, build a network to see the holistic picture.
  • Communicate customer/indication/brand specific messages that are developed by  differentiating experience team (HCP and patient marketing, market access, patient advocacy) as part of brand launch plan development for hallmark indications.
  • Following communication recommendations from the various stakeholders provide rozimab LT recommendations if proposed communications align with intended communication strategy. Highlight risks and opportunities proactively. Act to validate recommendations where possible.
  • Support increasing UCB/Rozimab Influence in the external environment
  • Drive policy discussion where appropriate for this upcoming novel therapeutic class
  • Propose optimal news/media flow to ensure constant build of external coverage to align with anticipated launch timelines.
  • Ensure consistency of messages internally and externally.
  • Manage external communications agency
  • Ensure Rozimab Q&A is aligned with defined communications strategy
  • Work, Lead and help select external communications agency to best support Rozimab value creation
  • Work with stakeholders e.g Medical, Commercial, Global comms, IR, CI, Publications to oversee the implementation of the Rozimab communication strategy.
  • Regularly check and validate communication strategy
  • Support in communication of platform strategy preparations for senior leader interactions.

 

Your profile :

Education

  • Masters level, in a relevant life science, business or communications related discipline
  • Specific Marketing qualifications or MBA (optional)

Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and related business compliance
  • 10+ years of strategic communications related roles

Required Skills - General

  • Excellent communication skills with individuals with different cultural, professional and academic backgrounds, including the ability to simplify complex issues
  • Strategic thinking, project management, problem-solving ability, customer focus, and commitment to quality
  • Must have managed external communication and PR agencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong project planning skills
  • Rare disease experience would be beneficial
