To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our Brussels offices, we are looking to fill the position of: European Learning Event Planner.

As a UCB 'trustganized' person and European Learning Event Planner, you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Employ your eye for every detail and love of clear processes to make learning happen efficiently and smoothly


As a UCB 'trustganized' person and European Learning Event Planner, you contribute by:

  • Planning and maintaining the annual learning experience program – calendar, registration and learning assignments, logistics planning, facilitator coordination
  • Supporting the expert delivery of learning experiences end-to-end – independently providing meeting services and onsite event support, collecting the assessment and feedback
  • Managing learning experience communication – determining and disseminating messaging and information using internal communication channels and tools, maintaining personal communication with learners and vendors
  • Collaborating with UCB Talent team, TAD&L team and vendor partners to execute short and long term goals

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • High School Diploma required, Certificate in Human Resource or Administrative Management preferred and/or equivalence in HR or Administrative experience; 2+ years’ experience in event or program management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including the ability to draft promotional messages and materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
