To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium, we are looking to fill the position of: Team Assistant.

As a UCB 'trustganized' person and Talent Acquisition & Development Team Assistant you will contribute by:

• Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar; completing expense reports; composing and preparing (sometimes confidential) correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries and compiling documents for travel-related meetings

• Communicating directly, and on behalf of the team, with peers and other stakeholders, on matters related to the team’s initiatives

• Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature

• Developing creative PowerPoint presentations for team meetings and events

• Proactively engage with the team to organize face-to-face events and virtual meetings

• Drive the preparation of team meeting, including preparation of logistics, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on key actions with the team
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as executive/group assistant

• Proven experience to work in a fast changing environment and deal with ambiguity

• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office programs and quickly adaptable to new systems

• Dealing appropriately with confidential and sensitive matters

• Open to feedback and proactively seek it
• Ability to handle a number of diverse projects simultaneously
