To strengthen our Talent Acquistion and Development Team, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium or Atlanta, GA, USA, we are looking to fill the position of: Global Talent Acquisition and Development Lead.

As a UCB 'drivenovative' person and  Global Talent Acquisition and Development Lead you will contribute by:

• Working closely with business leaders and Talent Partners to translate UCB’s corporate strategic imperatives into detailed plans to develop, acquire, or borrow talent and their capabilities to meet UCB’s future needs

• Evaluating, allocating and mobilizing the right TA&D resources to ensure programs and services are delivered to address global strategic capability needs impacting the entire organization

• Providing consulting to your business stakeholders on innovations in learning, talent acquisition, market insights, industry trends, and improvement opportunities




For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• 7+ years’ work experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in Learning/Talent Development roles with a focus on capability development 

• Masters in Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field

• Experience and ability to drive and lead change at global level

• Proven experience leading strategic business initiatives at global level

• Fluent in English
