To strengthen our In-Office Injection Marketing Team, based in our US HQ in Atlanta, GA, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Marketing Lead – In-Office Injection.   
 

The Marketing Lead In-Office Administration is responsible for co-developing and implementing tactics, both personal and non-personal, that maximize the patient’s impact of our asset for In-Office injection across Rheumatology (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, nr-AxSpA), Gastroenterology (Crohn’s Disease) and Dermatology (Psoriasis) indications. This role will focus on differentiating our asset in the Immunology marketplace as the in-office administered treatment of choice. 
 

You like to work in an environment where you can: 

  • Secure a deep understanding of the patient receiving biologics in the in-office treatment setting to identify the influence points along their treatment journey
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop marketing and sales strategy
  • Shape value proposition, messaging and sales force promotion
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across the book of business within Rheumatology, Gastroenterology and Dermatology
  • Analyze and monitor competitive activities and influence on market dynamics
  • Provide monthly updates to home office and field leadership on key market events as seen in market data and market research
  • Manage agency relationships and manage cross-agency integration

 

You will contribute by: 

  • Tracking marketing and print spend to ensure its impact on the business and to stay within budget
  • Overseeing In-Office Injection presence and promotional representation at national, regional and local Congresses
  • Acting as the lead contact for the In-office field related promotion
  • Managing the UCB Depot and proper availability, quantity and life cycle of approved materials
  • Leading the promotional materials through review process to deliver in timely manner while maintaining legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Partnering with UCB Learning and Development team to oversee all training aspects related to new hire and ongoing training.


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years in a marketing role or lead marketing projects 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (MBA) preferred
  • Deep understanding of the US Immunology Ecosystem Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset including experience writing and presenting solutions.
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Experience in complex buy and bill environment, including demonstrated ability to create differentiated solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to “connect the dots”; coordinate with the decision makers as well as the indirect influencers to move projects along in a timely and expeditious fashion.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams a must.  Internal partners include (but not limited to): At Home Team, Medical, Review Committee, Ecosystem, and MAP teams.
