To strengthen our Learning Operations and Technology group, based in our Talent Acquisition Development and Learning Department (TAD&L) in Smyrna, Georgia,  we are looking to fill the position of: Learning Operations Finance and Data Manager .

As a UCB 'futurytical' person and Learning Operations Finance and Data Manager you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Collaborate and lead data driven design initiatives to identify, cultivate, and develop data first approaches that inform our transforming Talent Acquisition Development and Learning organization.
  • Make data fueled decisions to propose forward-thinking solutions to scale knowledge transfer across both internal teams and external vendors in multiple office locations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Talent Operations, purchasing, i2i and other teams to ensure excellent execution of TAD&L initiatives
     

As a UCB 'futurytical' person and Learning Operations Finance and Data Manager you will contribute by:

  • Working cross-functionally across the UCB organization and with external Vendors to meet TAD&L business goals and objectives
  • Supporting the design and development of innovative analytics capabilities and/or tools based on business requirements and requests for making connections across disparate data sources
  • Manage vendor relationships, especially in relation to contract management and preferred supplier rationalization
  • Manage learning analytics projects including dashboard designs that incorporate a multitude of data sources
  • Manage all aspects of the learning budget and partner with Head of Learning Operations to provide quarterly and annual budget forecasting
     

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Proven experience in managing a team and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working across and leading within a global multicultural and multilingual team
  • Exhibit strong leadership, management and negotiation skills with ability to inspire change in a matrix organization
  • Data mindset – comfortable analysing and deriving insights from data and effectively communicating on using data as the backbone for making decisions
