To strengthen our Neurology Global Mission team, in Smyrna, Georgia, we are lookgin for a talented individual to fill the position of: Patient Lead.

You are known as a “passiovative” person at UCB.  This unique blend of talent means you are an enthusiastic team player devoted to better lives for patients.  The Patient Lead, Rozimab will develop patient strategy aligned with the MG and HCP leads for the Rozimab launches. This role will also liaison with regions to execute disease state and branded (where applicable) launch tactics directed at patients.

 

As a UCB 'passiovative' person and Patient Lead you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Drive the development and execution of a global patient MG and ITP disease education strategic framework and core materials for patients
  • Cross-functional leadership of patient KOL mapping and patient ad board plan with execution of global-led patients ad boards.
  • Support MG and ITP patient global launch preparation and facilitate sharing of best practices for local implementation of brand strategies and education materials to ensure local launch success
  • Develop and manage disease state and branded (where applicable) patient ambassador programs

 

As a UCB 'passiovative' person and Patient Lead you will contribute by:

  • Develop launch strategy and execution plan across personal and non-personal channels (including social media) for patients
  • Lead the development of patient message platforms for MG and ITP in partnership with launch team members as well as ensure global brand consistency at launch
  • Work with patient engagement team to develop relationship with global advocacy groups and support strategy and material development for advocacy activities including patient advocacy congresses/meetings
  • Partner with market insights to identify patient key insights generation needs and gaps as well as own the patient journey maps

 

Interested?  For this position, you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of proven experience in global or regional marketing with a focus on patient marketing and/or advocacy
  • Proven and delivery of brand strategic imperatives ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master in Science or MBA preferred
  • Experience with development of ambassador programs preferred
  • Experience in neurology and/or rare disease strongly preferred
