To strengthen our Dermatology Marketing team, based in our Atlanta Headquarters, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Patient Marketing Lead PsO.

 

The Patient Marketing Lead PsO will drive the development of the global strategy and will direct a cross-functional and regional team in the development of a best in class, patient-centered launch for a current pipeline asset.

 

The Patient Marketing Lead will engage with all levels of the organization, identifying areas of opportunity, and driving change. They will need to have a keen understanding of patient marketing from awareness and consideration to loyalty and persistency, and how to operate those principles in a crowded global marketplace.

 

You like to work in an environment where you can:

 

  • Partner with key internal stakeholders and regions (medical affairs, regional marketing, market insights, training, market access, legal, regulatory, and compliance) to ensure alignment across functions and flawless execution of launch plan
  • Develop core global launch assets for local implementation of brand strategies to ensure local launch success
  • Collaborate with agency partners in the development of campaign, messaging, tactics and promotional materials

 

You will contribute by:

  • Driving the development and execution of a global strategic patient marketing framework and core materials in collaboration with regional partners.
  • Assessing global market landscape and patient journey to identify innovative solutions to address pain points and develop best in class launch strategy and patient experience
  • Leading the development of product positioning for patients, a patient message platform, and breakthrough creative campaign for current pipeline assets, to ensure global brand consistency
  • Partnering with HCP-focused teams to ensure alignment across external stakeholders and one brand voice

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

 

    Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 6+ years of proven experience in marketing, in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on patient marketing

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives
  • Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies
  • Must be a team player with strong self-awareness
  • Must be results oriented, pay attention to detail, be accurate, prompt and able to meet deadlines
  • Must possess ability to be a fast learner, be creative, flexible and adapt quickly
