Build and maintain a Market Access data, analytics, and reporting library -- cataloging and recording all Market Access Syndicated & Customer Data, including but not limited to Payer Rebates, Medicaid Discounts, EDI (852, 867, 844), claims, formulary, and other third-party data sources.  The Sr. Manager of Contracts & Pricing is also responsible for working with internal stakeholders (IT & IS) to maintain data warehouses that supports Qlik, Cognos Business Intelligence (BI), and ad hoc reporting.   



  • Data SME to not only support reporting of Pricing, Utilization, Claims, MMIT, and other Customer Data, but also support MAP analyst as the SME of market access analysis, BI, and reporting
  • Support pricing analytics & forecasting, contract performance, contract operations, and government pricing team in the fulfilment of their objectives
  • Responsible for development of predictive models, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to continuously improve contracting strategy, payer performance, and payer segmentation & targeting capabilities
  • Support pricing analytics, forecasting, contract performance, contract operations, and government pricing team in the fulfillment of their analytics and reporting
  • Creating long-term industry analysis and forecasting on key metrics including payer segmentation, market size, PMPM growth, and net revenue growth
  • Directs experimental design, statistical models, and quantitative analysis to solve marketing and business questions  
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned, e.g. G2N / Channel Forecasting automation, CDW / BI, Revitas, etc. 
  • Developing new BI services offerings, content creation, value propositions, revenue/expense projects for consulting with clients on business needs, translating business needs into analytic/reporting requirements, and interfacing with company and client to ensure successful delivery of client reporting. 
  • Collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management, insights, and delivery
  • Overseeing ongoing development and operations of a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis and insight generation. 
  • Able to gather, refine and documents requirements. Strong project management skills (PM life cycle)
  • Writing specifications for the data content and ensuring their programming correctly reflected the business rules and definitions for various measures
  • Provides payer analysis support for C&P Strategy, Policy, G2M, Mission, New Business Development, Marketing and Executive Management 
  • The supervisor of market access analytics and reporting plays a key role with the IT and Master Data Management to ensure enterprise analytics and reporting architecture, strategy and overall planning and execution of BI projects
  • A strong understanding of syndicated and customer pharmaceutical data -  IMS, DDD, Specialty, and All Managed Markets customer data
  • Creates and maintains Market Access data dictionaries
  • Creates and maintains Contracts & Pricing BI / Analytics training



  • Serves as market access data steward and leads the establishment of a robust data model for reporting and analytics
  • Predict, identify and forecast pricing scenarios, including the impact of administrative fees, discounts/rebates, and the inclusion of wholesaler sales for validated downstream retail community pharmacies
  • Oversee the development of applications (Qlik & Cognos) to utilize customer and contract data for analysis
  • Lead the integration of customer data with other data to support analytic and reporting dashboard
  • Assists finance team in Gross to Net evolution over time via channel assessment
  • Establish relationships with key business stakeholders to understand the business trends determine creative solutions, leveraging information and analytics, to meet their need
  • Align updated processes & methodologies with new Revitas (Revenue Management) system
  • Creates overarching architecture for Payer Insights reporting  



  • 4+ years of directly relevant experience in quantitative business analysis (direct to consumer experience preferred, but not required)
  • Proficiency in several areas of data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering and data visualization
  • Experience in manipulating large datasets
  • Demonstrated success in data management, analysis and reporting
  • 3 Years in pharmaceutical data management advanced / predictive analytics and other database tools
  • Experience with SAP, Tableau, Microsoft BI, Qlikview, Cognos, CRM, and other data management tools & resources
