The UCB Human Resource team is looking for a motivated individual to work on a variety of different projects in a fast-paced real-world environment. The intern will assist in project management activities, reporting on talent management data, updating job descriptions, supporting our onboarding and development programs, and a wide variety of communications. The intern will be exposed to different stages of a staffing project and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure it is running smoothly and on track.

 

  • Project management and administrative support for recruitment activities
  • Support onboarding processes and coordinate check-ins between new employees and HR Partners
  • Assist in the development & training processes by tracking and coordinating usage of tools
  • Vendor management for development and training tools and platforms
  • Support communications by building and maintaining PPT slides, PDFs and other documents for various projects
  • Ensure quality and consistency in creating and updating Job Descriptions for roles

A laptop and other resources necessary to support the work will be provided.

The paid internship is expected to run from mid-June 2020 to mid-June 2021. We expect to hire an intern on a full-time basis, that is 40-hours per week, until June 2021.
