To strengthen our GxP Solutions Quality team, based in our Global Services in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium, we are looking to fill the position of: Quality Assurance Alliance Partner.

As a UCB 'logiborative' person and Quality Assurance Alliance Partner you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Be the key contact between global commercial partner and UCB organization, from a quality point of view, facilitating communication and discussions on any quality related topics
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives in relation to your activities and participate to such initiatives in the broader Global QA organization

 

As a UCB 'logiborative' person and Quality Assurance Alliance Partner you will contribute by:

  • Managing all communication and activities on quality related matters between UCB and its global commercial partners from qualification of a new partner, the operational management and to the termination. 
  • Creating and negotiating Quality Agreements with partners
  • Handling sops, deviations, change controls, recalls and complaints related to partners 
  • Maintaining the inventory of all global partnerships
  • Participating and supporting the preparation for audits/ inspections

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Scientific Master degree or college diploma (Pharmaceutical, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology…)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experience in QA is an asset 
  • Analytical mind-set and good organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English, Negotiation and influence skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
