We are looking as soon as possible for our Business Unit / Ecosystem Bone for

 

Clinical representatives (m / w) for the Key Account & Expert for External Medical Service in Bone & Osteo – German speaking and French Speaking Switzerland

 

that will reinforce our team and with positivity and engagement inform Key Account Centers in clinics and established competent areas about the benefits of our innovative products and establishment of relevant projects for our products of therapy approaches.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Be responsible for the assigned specialized Key Account target groups of specialist in the area, clinics, specialists staff, as well as specialist clinical centers settled in the domain
  • Establish customers' relationship and implement product and therapy related projects (solutions) to establish the sequence therapy with the assigned target groups
  • Ensure the implementation of defined activities in the departments from which central strategic plans are developed
  • Build and strengthen the network within the established areas
  • Establish UCB as valued partner in the therapy of osteoporosis in close collaboration with Medical Scientific Lead (MSL), Regional Care Lead (RCL) and Patient Access Partner (PAP)
  • Organize and execute events for the relevant products in accordance with the MSL
  • Provide technical support in case of necessary contracts negotiation (e.g. PAP by clinical pharmacist)
  • Be in charge of the periodical reporting for the Regional Manager (Ecosystem Lead) and documentation in the CRM system

 

 

Your qualification and experience for this role:

 

  • You are graduated as a Pharmaceutical Representative and/or in a High school of business studies, pharmacy or natural sciences
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience within medical and clinical external services in relation to scientific products, ideally in the area of biology or osteoporosis
  • You have great and convincing communication abilities, confidence and assertiveness
  • You show a high level of personal responsibility, integrity and discretion
  • You are team player and appreciate working in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in German or French and English
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office
