Your role as an Osteoporosis Admin Nordic 

You will be providing daily support to the UCB Bone teams preparing to launch our newly innovative biologic treatment Evenity® for postmenopausal women living with severe osteoporosis in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. You will work out of our Copenhagen office and you are responsible for organizing, driving and following-up on administrative tasks related to the business in the ecosystem in scope.


Your main task is to support the Bone country teams in organizing external and internal meetings e.g. ensuring internal processes excellence (ANFs, e-request, ORBIT), timely and accurate external compliance (act as first point of contact for rules & regulations, informing authorities), contracts, logistics, invitations and always in close collaboration with the team. Additionally, you work closely with the SAP specialist(s) to secure that all financial matters also are handled in a compliant and effective manner. In summary, you are key in guiding the country teams and ensuring seamless event execution towards patient value creation  
Your main Responsibilities 

  • Ensure efficient daily first line support to the entire local Osteoporosis department Customer Tables (CT)
  • Pro-actively initiate the administrative flow alignment on event from team member; maintain continuous and close follow-up on projects and local events in relation to CT activities in each respective country
  • Teamwork with other Area administrators (back-up support when needed)
  • Contracts, grants and sponsorship handling (initiate and follow-up)
  • Update collaboration site and other corporate platforms with up-to-date information
  • Ensure compliant process flows as per Area process and guidelines together with the local Compliance Officer
  • Assist with material, translations, proof readings, source clear approvals
  • Other ad-hoc office management tasks  


Your Experience and Competencies


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business administration, coordination or as a Personal Assistant  
  • Strong administrative skills and experience with a proven track record of positive results
  • Relevant pharma knowledge is an asset (regulations, SOP)
  • Experience from a business support or coordinator role is preferred
  • Ability to manage and work in a complex and matrix driven organization
  • Customer oriented, Service minded and helpful, positive mindset and ‘solve-it’ attitude
  • Accountable, structured and able to prioritize
  • Excellent technical skills (Microsoft Office, SAP) and good understanding of approval systems
  • Languages: Native level in one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) is required & basic understanding proficiency in all the Scandinavian languages is an asset; fluent in English is a must.
