We are preparing the launch of our newly CHMP approved biologic treatment Evenity® (romosozumab) for postmenopausal women living with severe osteoporosis in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

To strengthen our Bone team in the Nordic region, based in our office in Copenhagen , Denmark, we are looking to fill the position of: Solutions Lead Nordic.

As a UCB 'collabovative' person and Solutions Lead Nordic you like to work in an environment where you can:
 
• Drive the implementation of eco-system solutions and initiatives for the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland).

• Drive excellent usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy. 


As a UCB 'collabovative' person and Solutions Lead Nordic you will contribute by:
• Developing local eco-system specific solutions in line with eco-system drivers and the EU solutions;

• Partnering and co-create with external stakeholder’s key projects that will drive patient value in the Nordic;

• Aligning with the Scientific Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in the Nordic;

• Building, monitoring and tracking implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the local PVU team. Measure value and impact;

• Ensuring local eco-system PVP is aligned with global strategies and regional priorities;

• Driving excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development;

• Being the Sweden’s local unit voice and representative in relevant EU Engine communities;

• Orchestrate on how to roll out EU and Northern Europe solutions;

• Actively contribute to EU communities, networks and project teams, when applicable, via insights collected through area activities and projects;

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
 
• 5-7 years in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare or pharma industry.

• Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required.

• Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines.

• Launch readiness experience from the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven cross functional project team’s leadership.

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications.

• Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.

• Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution.

• Languages: Native in one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) & proficiency in all the Scandinavian languages; fluent in English.
