Marketing Solutions Digital Lead – BII

 

To strengthen our Immunology Team based in the UK, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Marketing Solutions Digital Lead.
 

As a Marketing Solutions Digital Lead, you will develop and deploy the short and long-term digital strategy to lead the Neurology Patient Value Unit digital transformation within th e health care environment.
 

You like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Drive the localization and implementation of the BII Digital Solution strategy and action plan, in partnership with the nPVU Medical and Marketing Solutions Leads and with the Ecosystem and Medical Leads.
  • Be accountable for the management of all digital solutions (projects, activities & patient programs) in the UK and Ireland, both locally and EU initiated.
  • Ensure a holistic approach to the nPVU, ensuring the delivery of high-level value for patients, HCPs and Payers.

 

You will contribute by:

[Strategy:]

  • Building and shaping the internal digital environment to enable digital business transformation at UCB.
  • Localising centrally developed EU solutions for BII in line with local ecosystem insights, requirements, drivers and local regulations.
  • Identifying and analyzing relevant digital trends in the health care environment and ensure UCBs participation in valuable data and stakeholder service driven digital projects.
  • Continually assessing and identifying new opportunities for digital capabilities to be brought in house.
  • Driving a digital first culture of agility, speed and connectivity across the organization.
  • Facilitating and implementing a digitally integrated infrastructure and agile processes.  

[Solutions:]

  • Driving local digital excellence throughout the nPVU function by maximising the usage of omni-channel offerings as part of the PVP.
  • Delivering on National Digital events for external HCP stakeholders originated by the BII nPVU, in order to provide medical education and product expertise to the UK neurology community.
  • Providing omnichannel patient focused solutions, integrating Patient Support Programmes and UCBCares throughout the nPVU operation.
  • Evaluating opportunities with third party providers for the provision of medical education and brand awareness, and link external digital opportunities to the PVP.
  • Individualising digital opportunities to provide unique customer journey experiences with UCB.
  • Developing and evolving digital capabilities and competencies across the organization, enhancing soft skillsets within the nPVU team. 

[Measuring:]

  • Building, monitoring and tracking omnichannel KPIs of the nPVU team.  
  • Measuring value and impact of all activities across the UK and Ireland with rich granularity.
  • Harmonising reporting of all omnichannel touchpoints with external stakeholders, integrating with the UCB CRM.  

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Several years of relevant experiences in a digital working environment.
  • Bachelors’ degree in business, digital marketing and digital communication (with Healthcare experience beneficial) or in Life Sciences with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsets or equivalent.
  • Passionate about digitalization and transformative processes with an advanced knowledge of related trends.
  • Comprehension of different digital communication channels and ability to use them.
  • Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Understanding of appropriate compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Capability to communicate effectively and to choose the relevant channels to perform it.
  • Proven track record of developing high impact omnichannel solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.
  • Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution.
