To strengthen our organization and build our Bone team, based in our affiliate in Milan, Italy, in preparation of the launch of a novel biologic product in Fragility Fractures & Osteoporosis therapeutic areas, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Marketing Bone Solution Lead
As a Marketing Bone Solution Lead, you will be accountable for all solutions of the Fragility Fractures & Osteoporosis areas like communication projects, materials and stakeholder’s engagement activities. The activities can be either locally initiated and implemented or part of the EU plan and initiated by the EU Team. 


As a Marketing Bone Solution Lead you like to work in an environment where you can:


  • Be the liaison between the EU team and the area for all strategies and different stakeholder’s plans
  • Be the driver of the localization and implementation of the Bone strategy and action plan 


As a Marketing Bone Solution Lead you will contribute by:


  • Actively participating in the launch excellence of the new product in the new therapeutic area  
  • Collecting and analyzing market and patients' insights in the relevant Therapeutic Area, identifying growth drivers and potential competitive challenges, forecasting patient evolution over time within a short- and medium-term horizon
  • Leading cross-functional development and implementation of the Patient Value Brand Plan  
  • Providing the field team with impactful patient value solutions for implementation or Localizing centrally developed EU solutions for the Area in line with local insights, requirements and growth drivers 
  • Developing local specific solutions created with external stakeholders 
  • Aligning with the Scientific Lead and/or Medical Solution Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions is deployed in the area
  • Building, monitoring and tracking implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the respective local teams. Measuring value and impact
  • Driving excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development
  • Actively contributing to EU communities, networks and project teams, when applicable, via insights collected through data analytics, area activities and projects

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communication, Economics
  • At least 5 years in marketing roles within healthcare; previous experience in stakeholder facing roles is appreciated
  • Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven cross functional project team’s leadership and project management
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications (Italian & English)
  • Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers
  • Demonstrated strength in forecasting, financial & market analysis and tactical plan development and execution
