To strengthen our Human Resources team Italy, based in our site  in Milan, Italy, we are looking to fill the position of: Talent Operations Advisor .

As a UCB 'collabovative' person and Talent Operations Advisor  you like to work in an environment where you can:


Manage the full life-cycle of the local HR Operations: Personnel administration, Payroll, Comp & Ben and administrating the employee lifecycle (from hire to retire). You will support our employees and managers using the HR Answers service and will ensure that changes are implemented correctly and on time, resulting in excellent data quality. The role will be responsible to improve processes & ensure compliance with legal & company regulations.

As a UCB 'collabovative' person and Talent Operations Advisor  you will contribute by:
• Supporting employees as single point of contact in Talent Operational topics

• Running the local payroll in collaboration with our payroll partner

• Supporting the “hire to retire” process (hiring, promotion, personal life changes, off boarding)

• Managing the organization structure in our IT System

• Acting as an internal expert on local compensation & benefits 

• Ensuring compliance with local labour law and company policies

• Taking ownership for process performance & continuous improvement and HR data quality

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources

• Good understanding of HR Operations (i.e. payroll, HRIS, benefit administration, etc.)

• Strong knowledge or HR processes (Employee Lifecycle) - Experience working with HR software (ideally SAP Successfactors)

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills in English and Italian (oral and written) as well as the ability to adapt the communication style to the audience

• IT savvy and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality (ideally advanced Excel user)
