To strengthen our Human Resources team Central Europe, based in our site in Monheim, Germany, we are looking to fill the position of: HR Business Partner .

As a UCB 'collabovative' person and HR Business Partner  you like to work in an environment where you can: 

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business context and strategic priorities. This means also contracting on aligned Talent priorities and agenda to drive business and add value to patients
  • Enable the ongoing development of leaders through individual coaching, assessments, feedback and team development activities 
  • Leverage strategic competencies to support organizations: Organizational Design & Capabilities, build High Performing Teams, Strategic Thinking

 

As a UCB 'collabovative' person and HR Business Partner  you will contribute by:

 

  • Consulting of UCB leaders regarding all HR related matters
  • Acting as project team member to global and regional strategic Talent projects 
  • Identifying training needs for teams and individuals. 
  • Maintaining trustful and productive relations with employee representatives (Works Council)
  • Lead the staffing of key strategic positions through partnership with the Talent Acquisition team

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Masters degree, e.g. in a business-related subject,  in psychology or Human Resources
  • Around 5-7 years of professional experience within the HR Development area 
  • Sound experience within team and leadership development, facilitation, Change management and ideally Organizational design.
  • Working experience in a global matrix environment is an asset  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills in English and German (oral and written) as well as strong conflict management and good negotiation skills
