To strengthen our Real World Evidence Team, based in our Market Access Department in Monheim, Germany, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Real World Evidence Lead Market Access


As a Real World Evidence Lead Market Access you will support the local brand strategies and contributes to national patient access for UCB therapies in Germany by planning and delivering real-world evidence that addresses key area gaps in context of AMNOG procedures for Neurology, Immunology and Osteoporosis.


You like to work in an environment where you can: 
•    Partner with internal RWE-stakeholders, medical, commercial and access roles on national, EU and global level to gather insights for understanding needs for RWE
•    Design RWE projects to fill data gaps necessary for AMNOG processes with special focus on price negotiations with head association of payers
•    Apply expertise to gather, interpret, plan and generate RWE (data base analyses, studies, registries, etc.) based on regional RWE plan that broadly resonates with external stakeholders and supports implementation of UCB’s near- and long-term strategy with special focus on regional prescription quota
•    Engage in meaningful discussions and communicates real-world evidence to key stakeholders, i.e., policy makers, payers, pharmacists and KOLs as well as internal stakeholders

You will contribute by:  
•    Implementation of strategically aligned area RWE plan based on identified data gaps
•    Management & follow up with key investigators/third party vendors regarding RWE data gaps and generation
•    Challenging, partnering and negotiating internally to ensure evidence supporting access is given priority in cross-functional evidence generation plans including publication plans with relevant publication managers
•    Partnering with local, EU and global medical, commercial and access roles for identified opportunities to improve patient care
•    Communicate and teach internal colleagues on RWE as local subject matter expert


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills
•    Master's degree 
•    5 years’ experience in evidence generation, data analysis and modelling 
•    Strategic planning skills 
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Working and leading in matrix structures / collaborative work teams at local and global levels

•    Scientific curiosity and ability to innovate combined with attention to timelines, results and added value

•    Proficiency in English
