To strengthen our Immunology team for Central Europe, based in Monheim Germany, we are
looking to fill the position of: Solution Head Immunology (m/w)




 As a Solution Head you would be:


  • Accountable for alignment and of all solutions (projects, activities & patient programs) in the area, either locally or EU initiated
  • Driver of the localization and implementation of the area strategy and action plan in partnership with Area Ecosystem Lead and Ecosystem Lead
  • Being the liaison between the EU Engine and the Ecosystem area in relation to coordination of all strategic- and stakeholder plans.
  • Ensures a holistic approach to the LPVU when delivering high level value for patients, HCPs and Payers.
  • Shows strong collaboration skills with all internal and External stakeholders in relation to the Ecosystem Area




Key Activities & Deliverables:


Solutions – Development and implementation of area solutions:


  • Provide LPVUs with impactful patient value solutions for implementation
  • Localize centrally developed EU solutions for the Area in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements and drivers ( e.g. Onboarding; etc);
  • Develop local ecosystem specific solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.
  • Partner and co-create with external stakeholders key projects that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems
  • Align with the Scientific Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in the area.
  • Build, Monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the respective local PV teams. Measure value and impact.


Planning – Drive annual planning processes


  • Lead cross-functional development of the Patient Value Plan (PVP)
  • Share global strategies and EU priorities to area Leadership team
  • Ensure area local ecosystem PVPs are aligned with global strategies and regional priorities
  • Ensure area and local ecosystem PVPs initiatives are optimally balanced to drive maximum patient value from a Patient Environment’s point of view
  • Support Ecosystem Leads in the execution of PVP within LPVU.
  • Drive excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development


Connectivity – Link between EU Engine, area IPVU LT and local PVUs


  • Area voice and representative in relevant EU Engine communities
  • Link between EU Engine, Area and LPVUs in respect of insight collection and their translations into solutions
  • Orchestrate LPVUs on how to roll out EU and Area solutions




Education and qualification

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare
  • Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required
  • Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines
  • Proven cross functional project team’s leadership
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
  • Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers
  • Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution
  • Fluent in English

  • Eco-system - Drive Local projects and implement Local initiatives that provides insights and ideas for Initiatives for the LPVU teams
  • Connectivity – Link with EU Engine/Solutions - from strategy to execution - driving the Patient Value Brand plan on the Area level
