To strengthen our Patient Services Team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Regional Patient Experience Lead.  The ideal candidate should be located in TX, CO, CA or AZ with accessibility to an airport.


As a Regional Patient Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field Patient Experience Specialists (PES) who will act as the main point of contact providing case management support to patients and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).  You will be rresponsible for coordinating and exhausting all pull-through efforts for patients that have been prescribed our product.  You will also be responsible for the proper development of the PES team and for coordinating with other colleagues within Patient Experience and Value to develop and implement changes to the CIMplicity program that improve the patient experience.


You like to work in an environment where you can: 

  • Manage the PES team to deliver access solutions that mitigate roadblocks affecting the patient journey and adherence to Cimzia
  • Participate in field rides with the PES team to develop and train associates in key job responsibilities
  • Develop PESs, including training on marketplace trends and access opportunities and manage their performance against set objectives
  • Manage the assigned geography to ensure appropriate coverage of patients and HCP accounts
  • Assist getting prescribed Cimzia patients started on therapy for approved indications


You will contribute by: 

  • Working collaboratively with all appropriate field roles (Dermatology Sales Leads, Dermatology Clinical Account Specialists, Ecosystem Partners, Market Access Teams) and coordinate with the CIMplicity Case Managers to both proactively and reactively ensure patient program success in the field.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and key customer segments and thought leaders within designated offices to ensure CIMZIA access through the pharmacy channels
  • Ensuring PES team members maintain compliant communications and documentation 
  • Ability to travel 50%-75%

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years of in a Specialty Pharmaceutical field-based role with demonstrated success 
  • 3+ year(s) in a role centered on the marketing of services to help patients gain access to and/or use a specialty branded drug
  • 4+ years of experience of successful management and/or supervisory experience leading a field-based team


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree
  • Case Management, Patient Services or Pharmaceutical Access experience a plus
  • History of delivering performance through hiring and development of people
  • Proven understanding of pharmacy benefit designs, prior authorization processes, and specialty pharmacy treatment pathways
  • Proven ability to build, maintain and influence effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong speaking, writing, and budgeting skills. Ability to present to groups of all sizes, sometimes at short notice 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
