To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium or Atlanta, GA, USA, we are looking to fill the position of: Global Head of Talent Management.

As a UCB 'futurytical' person and Head of Talent Management you like to work in an environment where you can:


• Show your extensive analytical and strategic experience by co-creating a complete talent management strategy that generates value for employees while helping UCB on its accelerated growth path

• Champion the competency-centred growth of people and talent in the company towards UCB’s ambitious Patient Value Strategy goals using state-of-the-art methodologies and tools

• Exemplify best practice in Talent Management and coach employees and leaders to excel to a higher level

• Be a member of the Talent Acquisition and Development Leadership Team

As a UCB 'futurytical' person and Head of Talent Management you will contribute by:

• Developing, defining, and assessing strategic enablers within the Talent Management Strategy that focus on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs

• Working in close partnership with internal stakeholders to define and drive a Strategic Workforce Planning framework; resulting in a clear Build, Buy, Borrow strategy for talent

• Develop a global Performance Management process that focuses employee's efforts on the achievement of business goals while developing their careers based on competencies

• Managing Global Succession Planning for UCB

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• Masters in Organizational Psychology/Organization Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field

• 10 years’ experience in Talent Management and proven experience in project management/leadership/Talent/ HR strategy deployment roles

• Solid experience in succession planning, performance and talent management

• At ease delivering results through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
