Key Deliverables:

  • nPVU Strategy
  • Lead the Neurology Strategic Plan to enhance integration between functions, practices, missions and country
  • Support on delivering strategy and nPVU China execution plan in close collaboration with Functions/ CS&D/ Practices/ PVO etc
  • Guarantee Strategy Awareness, plan and implementation in collaboration with China Commercials &Talent/ nPVU LT
  • 10Y PL overview assumptions and consolidation
  • Track / Monitor and share progress on nPVU collective objectives
  • Support on dynamic reallocation of resources across assets and functions
  • nPVU Portfolio development transversal view & support
  • Provide portfolio view regarding key milestones/ key development questions. To align, gain consistency and facilitate decisions across neurology and UCB
  • Provide the visibility and strategic discussion forums for nPVU
  • Provide the platform for Projects (Assets/ Solutions) overview/ learnings /best practice sharing
  • nPVU Key performance transversal view and support
  • Provide directions and support to the nPVU on Business questions in response to the Strategy. (Key Commercial/ Population questions)
  • Track KPI portfolio, key actions and milestones mapping for transparency and decision making

  • Missions/Portfolio management/Dev Med


  • KOL in clinical and pharmaceutical department, hospital Leadership
  • Payers, local HCO, networks and health system
  • Key government officials



  • 10+ years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or field medical experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in people management position
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary and/or matrixed teams, with cross-functional teamwork capabilities
  • For UCB internal applicants must have a performance rating of « meets expectations » or better on two most recent performance reviews
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing, developing, and influencing team
  • Knowledge and application of business planning and leadership principles such as data analysis, goal setting, action plans, monitoring tools to develop and implement business plans
  • Ability to achieve results within fast changing marketing environment
