To strengthen our Global Business Services department, based in our hub in Slough, United Kingdom, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Financial Planning & Analysis Partner Early Solutions.

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Partner, you will provide qualitative analytical financial information to business partners through relevant, actionable, timely and meaningful reports agreed with the business partners for actuals, budget, forecasting and strategic plan.

You like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Become a trusted business partner for analysis & reporting.
  • Work with a business spread in 3 locations: Braine in Belgium, Slough in UK and mainly Boston Area in US.
  • Be part of an international team, in the Research and Development field and have the opportunity of driving the business forward.

 

You will contribute by:

  • Performing timely and accurate monthly closing activities.
  • Supporting Finance Leads in evaluating and interpreting financial data.
  • Collecting and analysing the relevant information related to business and projects, in order to review and update forecasts and long-term Business Plans.
  • Supporting the elaboration of the yearly budget of projects.
  • Prepare and/or share monthly & ad-hoc reports with Business Partners.

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • University Degree in Finance / Accounting.
  • 4-6 years’ work experience as Financial/Business Controller in Pharmaceutical preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to interact/influence with business partners.
  • Positive and problem-solving mindset with a team spirit attitude.
  • Good level of Excel & Powerpoint.
  • SAP, BI Cognos knowledge is a plus.
