Medical/Marketing Manager


To strengthen our Immunology Teams based in our Slough office in the UK, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Integrated Solutions Lead.

As an Integrated Solutions Lead you will be accountable for planning and supervision of all solutions (Medical, Commercial and Market Access) developed and executed at Area level in EU.

You like to work in an environment where you:

  • Work in a cross functional nature; managing both marketing and medical teams.
  • Are responsible for building the ‘right’ patient experience.
  • Are accountable for building out the marketing and medical capabilities with a view to launch a market leading new treatment.


You will contribute by:

  • Managing an integrated team of medical, marketing and market access professionals to ensure translation of EU strategy and provide bottom up insight.
  • Directing the localization and implementation of the medical, commercial and market access components in the integrated Area Patient Value Plan through this Solution Lead teams in partnership with other relevant Area members.
  • Being accountable for orchestrating Patient Experience plan solutions, Patient Support Programs as part of the area Patient Value Brand Plan.
  • Being the key partner between the EU Strategy and Operations Team and the area for all EU plans which requires implementation in the area (including localization of non-promotional material) ensuring high scientific standards.
  • Providing local insights to EU Strategy and Operations team on EU (medical) solutions and to area (ecosystem signals valuable to integrate in Local Patient Value Plans (LPVP).   
  • Ensuring a holistic approach in delivering a high level of scientific/medical value for patients and HCPs.


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • A strong medical background/aptitude couple with demonstrable commercial experience i.e. leading a marketing/sale team.
  • Ideally you will hold previous experience in Immunology biologics / Rheumatology / Dermatology therapeutic areas.
  • Previous line management experience; we are looking for individuals with highly developed leadership skills.
