The Digital Solutions Lead is a member of the Omnichannel Operations team who directly supports the Immunology Patient Value Unit.


The role of the Digital Solutions Lead is to leverage strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including agency management, research, analysis and strategy as well as industry leading experience delivering outstanding customer experiences and business results through digital marketing in complex environments.

•    Utilize experience digital and multichannel marketing experience to ensure that the Immunology brand strategies are translated into meaningful results for stakeholders (Healthcare providers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants amongst others - this is not inclusive of patients),
•    Proactively evaluate data, discover insights, and share knowledge and expertise to refine existing digital solutions and implement new platforms,
•    Collaborate with Immunology Leadership, Immunology Brand Teams, Business Analytics and Insights, IT, and Market Access and Pricing teams to ensure robust and insightful solutions are implemented.


You will contribute by: 
•    Driving the development of UCB digital solutions for improving treatment and overall management of chronic Immunology diseases in ways that create patient value, advances stakeholder objectives and increases use of Immunology Patient Value Unit’s medicines and solutions where appropriate,
•    Aligning customer needs with business priorities to deliver optimal return on marketing investment by developing customer-centric best-practices for engaging audiences in all channels; developing social listening and learning framework to ensure customer insights are integrated into campaigns and customer engagement channels; defining and developing proof of concepts to test innovative tactics; test and optimize marketing campaigns using statistical A/B and multivariate techniques; and drives consistent customer experience across digital destinations, mobile marketing, video, social media and SEO/SEM,
•    Architecting, implementing, and executing marketing strategies and programs associated with driving key business goals including: lead generation, revenue, interest, awareness, engagement, loyalty and satisfaction assuring alignment with business priorities and are tailored for core audiences and segments.
•    Driving stakeholder engagement solutions across multiple channels and tactics including internal marketing automation hub email, 3rd party online email, direct mail, banner ads, electronic healthcare record (EHR) systems,
•    Identifying and prioritizing stakeholder engagement digital “touch-points” and design integrated multichannel plans that engages with stakeholders throughout their on-brand treatment journey,
•    Supporting the development of promotional materials to support stakeholder engagement & digital marketing initiatives and aide in the management of content through the review committee process,
•    Collaborating with our internal Business Analytics group and measurement partners to ensure that engagement activity is effectively analyzed, reported and optimized 
•    Providing subject matter expert feedback on marketing tools and processes, including lead capture, paid media, content management and social media, as well as challenging current ways of working and drive continuous improvement and learning around Digital.


Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following education, experience and skills


Minimum Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    5+ years of digital marketing experience OR 4+ years digital marketing expertise with exposure to the pharma/healthcare industry (either through an agency or directly with a pharma company)
•    4+ years of experience providing hands-on experience of successful delivery and support of digital marketing initiatives


Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with marketing automation, such as Eloqua
•    Proficiency working with Veeva or Salesforce
•    Experience in media buying and media buy management with 3rd party vendors
•    Experience managing agencies of record and 3rd party vendors to deliver tactical plans on time and on budget
