To strengthen our Ecosystem Operations team within our corporate headquarters in Smyrna, GA, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: IT CRM Lead


The I2I CRM lead will manage the CRM system from a business perspective, being the central contact for all strategic, tactical, and training related issues for the CRM system.  This individual can work remotely for this role.

You like to work in an environment where you can: 

  • In coordination with the IT system owner, ensure the efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modifications, change requests and the adoption of UCB best practice policies.
  • Ensure value attainment and usage / user engagement of the CRM system.
  • Own end user training creation, delivery and certification.
  • Lead the Change Advisory Board together with the IT system owner.


You will contribute by:

  • Aligning and synthesizing business requirements across Patient Value Units in alignment with Business Champions.
  • Collaborating and partnering with the external CRM Software Provider, IT system owner and the Patient Value Unit Stakeholders to develop system roadmap and strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring value attainment and usage / user engagement of the CRM system.


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 + years experience working with a CRM system   
  • 3 + years experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with and/or leading a Veeva/Salesforce CRM system
  • Certification in Veeva CRM Administrator
  • Project management experience working in a cross functional team
