To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our HQ in Smyrna, Georgia, we are looking to fill the position of: Learning Operations Manager.

As a UCB 'agilytical' person and Learning Operations Manager you like to work in an environment where you can:

• Assert your influence on cross-functional teams that are designing, developing and delivering learning experiences

• Demonstrate your change management expertise by employing a detailed and methodological approach
 

As a UCB 'agilytical' person and Learning Operations Manager you will contribute by:

• Providing operational input towards pilot learning experiences developed by the Learning Experience team

• Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to optimize, scale-up and implement processes

• Managing daily operations effectively by collaborating with the internal and external teams and partners while managing resources: people and budgets

• Supervising reporting on the Learning Organisation’s performance – establishing, gathering, monitoring KPI’s and sharing with the organisation and UCB as a whole

• Overseeing process improvement projects using cross-functional and cross-unit resources
 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 3-5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development. Experience with Operational Excellence principles is a plus

• 3-5+ years proven team management experience

• Deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Knowledge Management Systems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including the ability to design reporting tools and their outputs

• Exceptional time management skills, able to manage complex projects simultaneously
