To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our HQ in Smyrna, GA, we are looking to fill the position of: Learning Operations Specialist.

As a UCB 'trustganized' person and Learning Operations Specialist you will contribute by:

• Planning and maintaining the annual learning experience program – calendar, registration and learning assignments, logistics planning, facilitator coordination

• Supporting the expert delivery of learning experiences end-to-end – independently providing meeting services and onsite event support, collecting the assessment and feedback

• Managing learning experience communication – determining and disseminating messaging and information using internal communication channels and tools, maintaining personal communication with learners and vendors

• Overseeing the daily administration of information in all Learning Management Systems and platforms – input, report generation, troubleshooting and user support

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• High School Diploma required, Certificate in Human Resource or Administrative Management preferred and/or equivalence in HR or Administrative experience; 2+ years’ experience in event or program management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including the ability to draft promotional messages and materials

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with a Learning Management System a plus

• Ability to comply with all relevant GxP/ICH and all applicable regulations and Guidelines. Please note: ICH-GCP covers mainly clinical trials so only one piece of the full GxP spectrum
