To strengthen our Neurology Global Mission team, in Smyrna, Georgia, we are lookgin for a talented individual to fill the position of: Myasthenia Gravis (MG) Launch Lead.

You are known as a “stragile” person at UCB.  This unique blend of talent means you have a visionary flair for changing track deftly to improve patients' lives.  The Myasthenia Gravis (MG) Launch Lead will drive the gloabl brand activities in partnership with cross-functional and regional team to develop the global launch strategy and start planning for a best in class launch.

 

As a UCB 'stragile' person and Launch Lead you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Partner with HCP and Patient Marketing leads as well as regions to develop MG disease state and branded materials
  • Drive the development and execution of a global MG disease education strategic framework and core materials in collaboration with HCP and Patient marketing leads and regional partners.
  • Establish strong relationships and develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders in the field of MG.
  • Develop forecasts and launch uptake projections in partnership with finance and analytics.

 

As a UCB 'stragile' person and Launch Lead you will contribute by:

  • Assessing global market landscape and patient journey to identify innovative solutions to address pain points and develop best in class MG launch strategy and patient experience.
  • Leading the development of message platform for MG in partnership with launch team members as well as ensure global brand consistency.
  • Partnering with key internal stakeholders and regions (medical affairs, regional marketing, market insights, training, market access, legal, regulatory, and compliance) to ensure alignment across functions and flawless execution of launch plan.
  • Supporting MG global launch preparation and facilitate sharing of best practices for local implementation of brand strategies to ensure local launch success

 

Interested?  For this position, you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of proven experience in global or regional marketing
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master in Science or MBA preferred
  • Launch experience and commercialization of new products preferred
  • Experience in neurology and/or rare disease strongly preferred
