To strengthen our Immunology team, based in our office in Sweden, we are looking to fill the position of: Solutions Lead Sweden

As a UCB 'drivethusiastic' person and Solutions Lead Sweden you like to work in an environment where you can: 
• Drive the implementation of eco-system solutions and initiative for Sweden;  

• Be the Patient Advocacy and Patient Value as key driver in the health care eco-systems, helping to shape the external ecosystem to welcome/value patient-centric (i.e. higher patient value) solutions developed by UCB;

• Lead projects;

• Drive excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy.  

As a UCB 'drivethusiastic' person and Solutions Lead Sweden you will contribute by: 
• Developing local eco-system specific solutions in line with eco-system drivers and the EU solutions;

• Partnering and co-create with external stakeholder’s key projects that will drive patient value in Sweden;

• Aligning with the Scientific Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in Sweden;

• Building, monitoring and tracking implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the local PVU team. Measure value and impact;

• Ensuring local eco-system PVP is aligned with global strategies and regional priorities;

• Driving excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development;

• Being the Sweden’s local unit voice and representative in relevant EU Engine communities;

• Orchestrate on how to roll out EU and Northern Europe solutions;

• Actively contribute to EU communities, networks and project teams, when applicable, via insights collected through area activities and projects; 
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

• 7-10 years in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare or pharma industry.

• Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required.

• Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines.

• Experience from working with biologics in rheumatology (or dermatology).

• Launch readiness experience from the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven cross functional project team’s leadership.

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications.

• Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.

• Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution.

• Fluent in English.
