Responsible for Sales & Profitability goal achievement of Epilepsy & Parkinson’s disease franchises through development and execution of marketing strategy, tactics and the overall promotional plans.


*Individual Contributor, not people manager position



  • Closely work with customer-facing team and regional stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Develop marketing plan (situation analysis, strategy, objectives, promotional plan and control)
  • Design and organise innovative promotional activities (i.e. conferences, symposia, round tables, webinars) and develop promotional materials and product messages based on marketing plan
  • Establish a network of (key) national external experts for the purpose of seeking their medical / scientific advice for the development of client’s solution and learning from their expertise in specific therapeutic areas
  • Develop/execute scientific training for customer-facing team
  • Work with external agencies to conduct relevant market researches to answer key marketing questions or monitor franchise performance
  • Develop and maintain own professional expertise on therapeutic trends related to new and existing client’s products and act as an internal and external resource for this expertise
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned


3. JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)  


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Pharmacy or related field is preferred



  • > 5 years of marketing experiences in pharma industry
  • > 10 years of experiences in pharma industry  
  • Neurology knowledge and experience /specialization preferred
  • Digital marketer is a plus

  • Marketing and research agencie



  • Broad insight of local pharma market
  • Good marketing skill, strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to assimilate, review and communicate medical and technical product information to external and internal contacts
  • Innovate to address opportunities or issues in different ways
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, together with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate points articulately
  • Initiative – able to operate with minimal supervision but know when to consult/inform a senior manager
  • Hands-on, a willingness to work on and enjoy the detailed elements and demands of the position.
