 The first focus of the Talent Operations Specialist is running the local HR Operations: HRIS, Time & Attendance, HR information portal and administrating the employee lifecycle (from hire to retire). The HR Operations specialist supports our employees and managers using the HR Answers (Neocase) service & portal and will ensure that changes are implemented correctly and on time, resulting in excellent data quality. The role will be responsible to improve processes & ensure compliance with legal & company regulations.


Support our employees & Managers trough the HR Answers platform (Neocase) and Communication email.

  • Answer queries from employees and managers trough the Neocase HR Answers platform
  • HR announcement to employees on legal & process changes
  • Keep knowledge base up to date within the Neocase HR Answers platform
  • Manage special cases in collaboration with internal & external experts

Management of the organization structure: Accountable for the business structure in TalentShare (SuccessFactors)

  • Implement changes and updates in Talentshare (positions & structure) – new service
  • Makes sure all position data is accurate & correct – new service
  • Drive the annual workforce cost planning exercise in close collaboration with the Business Services Head – new service


Responsible for data quality

  • Ensure timely & accurate implementation of changes in TalentShare as single source of key talent data. (crosscheck in place)


Responsible for Time & Attendance system and HR Administrations

  • Manage the local T&A system in collaboration with our payroll partner
  • Responsible the T&A system revision in case of local legal requirement change


Support the Onboarding & Offboarding process and HR events

  • On Boarding
    • Ensuring psition is created and in line with approvals
    • Set-up new hire in lcal systems and affiliation to local benefits
    • Key cntact for finance team related to TalentShare
    • Organize the mnthly New hire orientations
  • Off Boarding, Promotions & off cycle increases
    • Ensure the emplyee termination and guide exit interview in TalentShare
    • Delivers pre-wrk, paperwork & ensures proper documentation is kept
  • Long Service Award events


Local Reporting

  • provide local reports for assigned business area adding analysis & trends supported by the global team


Process ownership /improvement

  • Be true process owner responsible for the performance & continuous improvement
  • Permanently search for new ways of working to increase quality & efficiency

  2. 人事問い合わせシステム HR Answers のマネジメント(Neocase)
  • 基本的質問への対応(複雑なケースは他のチームメンバーへつなぐ)
  • グローバルチームとの連携
  • 問い合わせシステム利用頻度向上のためのキャンペーン等実施
  1. 勤怠管理システム (Payroll vender提供のローカルシステム)
  • ベンダーとの連携、勤怠入力のサポート、就業規則改定の際のシステム変更対応
  1. 人事関連イベント(事業部横断)のコーディネート
  • 永年勤続表彰
  • New Hire Orientation(毎月第1営業日実施)
  1. 人事関連のレポート作成
  • 男女比やAttrition rate、入退社者数など
  1. 証明書類の作成
  • 在職証明書、ビザサポート書類
  1. 人事アナウンスメントの作成・発信
  • 入退社連絡、就業規則改定のお知らせなど
  1. 育児・介護サポートツールのメンテナンス
  • 入退社者の登録、同ツールにかかる費用の請求書処理
  1. 全体的な人事オペレーション業務効率UPのための提案・取り組み
