Do you want to make your mark on our journey as we prepare for our next biological product launches at UCB? 

We are offering a unique opportunity to join UCB within several exciting positions directly connected to the construction of our innovative and environmentally sustainable multi-product biological manufacturing facility on our existing green Campus in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium.

The plant is being constructed to accompany UCB’s growth strategy entailing preparation for the launch as well as for the long-term supply of future medicines that are currently in clinical development. This aims to contribute directly to drive our global ambition of improving the life of patients suffering from rare diseases. We expect it to be operational in 2024 and to be one of the largest and most modern in Belgium.  

Our existing Campus in Braine-l'Alleud is located 25 km South West of Brussels. It covers a large spectrum of activities - from Research & Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain to IT, Quality Assurance, Operations and Management.  Being an integrated site, end to end, it serves as an accelerator to deliver our advanced medicines around the world.

Role spotlight... Process Engineers


This role is responsible for maintenance and support following production and project activities: troubleshooting, data trends and analysis, continuous process improvement, and technology transfer. Key responsibilities for this role include:

To support and ensure the development of agile and lean manufacturing operations  
To act as technical manufacturing facility representative 
To support on data digitalisation, analysis and reporting
