So, our recent announcement that we are building a new state-of-the-art gene therapy facility on our high-tech campus in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium should come as no surprise. Once complete, the 17,000 square meter facility will expand UCB’s innovation footprint, adding to our existing world class facilities and current cutting-edge scientific platforms that include biologics, small molecules, and peptides.
Alongside building the ‘bricks-and-mortar’ of our new facility, we are also continuing to build on our skills and expertise in gene therapy.
