To strengthen our Global Regulatory Labelling team, based in our headquarter in Brussels or Braine, Belgium, we are

looking to fill the position of: Global Regulatory Labelling Operations Scientist (m/f)

As a UCB 'analyvative' person and Global Regulatory Labelling Operations Scientist (m/f) you like to work in an

•Encourage adherence to timelines for all activities related to the implementation of labeling and artwork changes
•Provide strategic planning expertise relating to capacity management for all global artwork implementation into production
•Provide performance metrics and implement tools supporting all steps of labelling and artwork process

 

As a UCB 'analyvative' person and Global Regulatory Labelling Operations Scientist (m/f) you will contribute by:

  • Taking Accountability for designing, gathering, and reporting all metrics related to labelling and artwork implementation, for all global UCB products
  • Representing global labelling in cross-functional discussions related to the implementation of labelling and artwork per agreed timelines
  • Providing strategic planning expertise relating to all global artwork implementation into production including the accountability for the successful use of change controls for labeling and artwork changes
  • Provide leadership to a team of contractors who are focused on labelling implementation and capacity management across the entire end to end labelling and artwork process. Provide training and coordinate activities of the team

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Educated to at least Bachelor level in a relevant (technical) discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 5 years related to labelling, packaging, artwork, or supply chain activities
  • Proven track record in project management and operational excellence
