Job summary

 

The Ethics & Compliance Global Projects & Solutions partner works in three areas: project management, solutions development and knowledge management. 

  • Act as an end to end project manager for global compliance program solutions development
  • Design and maintain E&C internal enabling global solutions
  • Support design and maintenance of global solutions as subject matter expert when assigned
  • Facilitate knowledge management & best practice sharing across E&C

 

Major accountabilities

 

Project Management:

  • Act as project management champion and promote PM best practices used as a standard
  • Act as primary contact for the project sponsor
     

Specific duties and responsibilities include the coordination and the completion of projects on time, within agreed budget, scope and allocated resources:

  • Coordinates the project and the project team (internal resources and third parties when needed) for the flawless execution of project
  • Ensure achievement of the expected agreed deliverables
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring assessment of the technical feasibility when applicable
  • Manage resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost, in agreement with the project sponsor
  • Measure project performance
  • Design proper stakeholder management/communication
  • Identify and coordinate project risk minimization
  • Establish and maintain third party relationship involved in projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

 

Knowledge management & Communication:

  • Ensure identification and mapping of existing solutions and materials (training, …)
  • Ensure best practices & standards (classification, naming convention, …) for the organization and sharing of Ethics and Compliance documents, records, and files
  • Ensure the maintenance of communication tools & materials’ library to support communications and secure sharing of communication plans and content
  • Design global communications

 

E&C efficiency:

  • Ensure reporting & analytics standards
  • Maintenance and support of Global solutions (Source CD, Integrity Due Diligence, FMV tool and database, Event & hospitality threshold, …)
  • Act as primary contact with IT

  • Regional E&C Heads
  • Area/Affiliate/Corporate E&C Partners
  • Vendors and External Stakeholders
  • IT, Finance, Talent

 

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and verbal/written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Several years of experience in the pharma industry
  • Experience in healthcare compliance
  • Experience in multicultural environment
  • Experience in Change Management best practices is a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
