Data, Finance and Vendor Lead – Talent Acquisition Development & Learning Operations.

Brussels, Belgium.


To strengthen our Talent Acquisition, Development & Learning department based in our HQ Office in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Data, Finance & Vendor Lead – Talent Acquisition Development & Learning Operations. As a Data, Finance and Vendor Lead – TAD&L Operations you will work on developing, implementing and monitoring insights and reporting KPI’s on strategic initiatives and business drivers set out by the TAD&L Organisation.


You like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Manage supplier strategy, selection, delivery and contracts
  • Report on the Learning Organisation’s performance
  • Oversee smooth project implementation using cross-functional and cross-unit resources


You will contribute by:

  • Developing and managing TAD&L analytics projects including dashboard designs that incorporate a multitude of data sources
  • Being responsible for budget and resource allocation for the operational processes including overseeing day-to-day operations of the invoicing, spend tracking, and SLA adherence
  • Overseeing supplier selection, negotiation and contracting
  • Liaise with Procurement to manage the entire process of Supplier short list, engagement discussion, and contractual agreements
  • Managing Suppliers on an ongoing basis for learning needs, and evaluating when necessary including negotiating prices
  • Adopting and executing new and innovative analytics offerings for untapped opportunities
  • Providing creative solutions to complex issues where fundamental principles do not clearly apply or where data appears to conflict
  • Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new data sources, tools, and capabilities that drive analytics objectives
  • Using data to support business decisions, return on investment/ financial modelling, and statistical analysis


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • 7-10 years experience in Data Financial and/or HR systems - working with operational excellence principles is a plus
  • Thinking strategically, offering high levels of problem-solving, being customer focused, and committing to quality
  • Demonstrating keen business acumen with knowledge of vendor and budget management/offshoring
  • Proven program management skills including the ability to effectively and strategically communicate information and ideas.
  • Managing complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
