To strengthen our Neurology department for the Northern Europe, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Assets Network Manager Neurology. The position will be field base in Denmark, Belgium or Netherlands.


As a Assets Network Manager Neurology, you work in an environment where you can:


  • Drive identification of primary stakeholders surrounding prioritized neuro-immunological rare disease patients towards improving as many of these lives as possible.
  • Engage and connect key opinion leaders as well as patient networks cross-border in Northern Europe (BeNeLux and Nordics) in prioritized neuro-immunological indications.
  • Bring value to patients by co-creating with multi-stakeholder networks cross-border, based on field insights and aligned with UCB strategy.


You will contribute by:


  • Agile and proactive engagement and long-term relations building across multi-stakeholder networks in NE towards optimal patient care within prioritized neuro-immunological indications.  
  • Development of cross-NE border engagement and advocacy plan. Collaborate towards plan execution locally. Ensure clarity on local and NE engagement and maintain close linkage with MSLs.
  • Identification and execution of innovative patient value initiative (solutions and services) within prioritized neuro-immunological patient populations.
  • Support the generation of RWE in prioritized indications in collaboration with NE launch team(s).
  • Pipeline clinical studies coordination at NE level. Close collaboration with MSLs & SEMs towards local excellence
  • Leading scientific expert in prioritized neuro-immunological pipeline indications. Translation of scientific/medical data including RWE into patient value creation. NE team pipeline training.
  • Support the LPVU in identifying and localizing the right content for payors towards patient value creation.
  • Area scientific coordinator linked to EU and global on content for pipeline indications. 


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:


  • Medical and Scientific expertise within neuro-immunology terapeutical areas.
  • Educational background: MD or PhD.
  • 5 – 10 years relevant industry experience.
  • Authentic communicator driven by value creation for patients.
  • Holistic perspective and ability to capitalize on insights.
  • Team player, able to deliver in collaboration with local cross-functional team as well as within matrix organization.
  • High level of agility, being able to adjust to the changing healthcare environment and preparing UCB for the future.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: fluent in English.
