The Marketing Solutions Lead provides commercial and marketing leadership and oversight for a brand. The role requires collaboration with other members of the Immunology Patient Value Unit to implement and create programs and materials to create patient value and allow UCB to achieve its financial and non-financial objectives.

 

You like to work in an environment where you can: 
    Create and execute a clear, well-designed strategic and tactical plan to deliver optimal patient value and thereby achieve UCB’s financial and non-financial objectives,
    Deliver highly rated and impactful material and programs,
    Provide evidence to support that HCPs are able to match the right UCB product to the right patients,
    Support Healthcare Provider Partner (Territory Manager) training needs assessments and associated execution of training plans,
    Build and maintain strong, purposeful relationships with national and regional KOLs
You will contribute by: 
    Developing commercial strategies consistent with Global that optimize brand position in the marketplace and achieve financial objectives,
    Developing, gaining agreement, and implementing tactical programs and promotional materials that are consistent with each strategy and objective, and help HCPs match the right UCB product/solution to the right patient,
    Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that result in productive and cooperative working relationships at the Customer Table (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Experience, Regulatory, PV, QA, Procurement, Finance, Compliance), as well as at the Global level (Mission, International Region, US, EU),
    Working with Ecosystem Leads (Regional Business Managers) and Medical Affairs Lead to design and provide training and mentoring programs to field based Healthcare Provider Partner (Territory Managers) to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to be effective in their role,
    Managing OPEX budget associated with program development and execution,
    Working with internal and external stakeholders/advisors to identify opportunities for UCB to further contribute to the creation of patient value,
    Ensuring promotional material and brand programs are in compliance with internal and external (IMC) guidelines,
    Ensuring optimal patient experience, and supports the implementation of the PSP 


Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following education, experience and skills


Minimum Qualifications:

•    Minimum of 5 years of biopharma product management experience including 2+ years biopharmaceutical sales experience
•    Some travel is required (15-20%): Congress, Advisory Board Meetings, Territory/HCP visits

 

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience in specialty/biologic marketing is preferred, 
•    Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset, 
•    Experience in Rheumatology and/or Dermatology preferred.
