To strengthen our Commercial Data & Analytics team Atlanta, GA, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Business Analytics Lead.


As Business Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for the generation, interpretation, management, and communication of data to guide leaders on driving revenue through sales force efforts. The Business Analytics Lead will also work closely with senior management and clients, providing business insights, challenging their thinking, and managing their expectations.

•    Analyze data to provide actionable business relevant insights,
•    Oversee the management of the data investigations to ensure the integrity of the information,
•    Lead analytical support for the Immunology Patient Value Unit in identifying business opportunities and assessment of performance,
•    Collaborate with the business unit to develop reports efficiently and effectively to meet information needs of sales, marketing, and operations management.
You will contribute by:

•    Leading rigorous, analytics-based decision support to the commercial team, including primary market research, data analytics, forecasting and insight generation,
•    Monitoring in-line portfolio performance and generating insights to drive continuous improvement of marketing strategy,
•    Overseeing the management of the data investigations to ensure the integrity of the information,
•    Identifying opportunities to develop standardized reports/tools for repeated ad hoc analytical requests, 
•    Acting as the liaison between the Immunology Patient Value Unit and IT to ensure the business requirements are implemented,
•    Developing and implementing a standardized process for taking and fulfilling analytical requests from key stakeholders while identifying a prioritization process to help manage the requests,
•    Actively participating in the sales and marketing strategic planning process.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:


Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    6+ years of experience working in an advanced analyst role.
•    6+ years of experience working in a complex data environment.
•    5+ years of experience working with pharmaceutical prescription data, related information delivery, and data standards experience.
•    Highly proficient with analytical tools such as SAS, R, MS Office
•    3+ years of experience using managed care data such as MMIT and fingertip formulary data.
•    3+ years of experience working with longitudinal patient level data for treatment and patient flow analysis.
•    Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate the procurement and nuances of Specialty Pharmacy data, IQVIA NPS data and patient level data (LAAD).
•    Experience in statistical techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision tree, machine learning methods and time series forecasting techniques such as ARIMA, exponential smoothing.
Preferred Qualifications:

•    High degree of leadership and people skills with a high level of integrity, positive attitude, commitment and work ethic.
•    Ability to routinely demonstrate strong quantitative data analysis, analytical and complex problem-solving skills without supervision including experience on how to distil large amounts of data in to actionable management information.
•    Demonstrated excellence in informal leadership, complex project management, written and verbal communication skills.
